| Rhubarb Cream Pie |

4 c. rhubarb, cut into pieces
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 tbsp. flour |

| Instructions |
| Beat eggs in mixer. Mix sugar and flour together, then add to eggs. When foamy, fold in rhubarb. Pour into pie crust. Make lattice top and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
