| Zucchini Torte |

3 c. zucchini, chopped
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. salad oil
3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. Bisquick
Salt % 26 pepper to taste
Dill, basil or oregano |

| Instructions |
| Mix all together and pour into an oiled baking dish 8 inches square. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
