| Italian Wedding Soup |

2 lbs. chicken 1 lb. hamburger 1/2 lb. Ancini De Pepe noodles 3 stalks celery 3 tsp. or 3 cubes chicken bouillon Grated Parmesan cheese Salt Pepper |

| Instructions |
| Boil chicken in large sauce pot. Cook completely. Remove chicken and save water. Add more water to fill pot. Add chicken bouillon to water. De-skin and debone chicken, cut into strips and add to water. Cut celery into small pieces and add to water. Slow cook for 1/2 hour. Make hamburger into meatballs add to soup and cook for 1 hour. Boil noodles in separate pot, drain and add to soup. Add cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 1 more hour. |
