| Crunchy Meatloaf |

2 lb. ground beef 1 med. onion, chopped 3/4 c. fine bread crumbs 1 med. green pepper, chopped 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1/3 c. ketchup 2 eggs 1/4 c. milk 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. finely chopped water chestnuts |

| Instructions |
| Combine all ingredients mixing well. Shape into loaf and place on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Yields about 6-8 servings. I place strips of bacon on top of mine, cut a strip about 3 times.
