3 lb. rump roast 1 (12 oz.) can beer 1 sm. can cranberry sauce 1 pkg. Knorr onion soup mix 1/2 c. ketchup 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tsp. salt |

| Instructions |
| Brown meat, saute garlic. Add other ingredients. Place in large Dutch oven with lid. Place in 350 degree oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or in slow cooker on HIGH for 5 hours. |
