| Beef Stroganoff |

2 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut in 1/2 inch strips Flour Seasoned salt Pepper Paprika Butter or margarine 8 oz. can of sliced mushrooms 1 envelope onion soup mix 1 c. sour cream |

| Instructions |
| Shake meat strips in bowl with flour, seasoned salt, pepper and paprika. Brown meat in frying pan with butter. Put into crockpot with mushrooms, mushroom liquid, and 1/2 cup water. Add onion soup mix and stir. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Add sour cream rear end of cooking time. Serve over noodles.
