1/2 c. shortening 1 c. sugar 1 can tomato soup (Campbell's!) 2 c. flour 3/4 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts 1 recipe Cream Cheese Frosting 1 tsp. baking soda 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup 1/2 c. water 2 eggs FROSTING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 stick butter 1 box powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring |

| Mix all ingredients together and bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, until tests done. Check in 30 to 35 minutes. If you are in a hurry, just take 1 package spice cake mix. Add:
