| Apricot Lime Salad |

2 boxes lime Jello 2 c. boiling water 1 c. apricot juice |

| Instructions |
| Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add juice when above mixture starts to congeal.
Add:
1 lg. can apricots, cut up sm.
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans (if desired)
1 c. cottage cheese
3 tbsp. lemon juice
