| Chocolate Fudge Frosting |

6 oz. chocolate chips 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/4 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. chopped nuts |

| Instructions |
| Melt chocolate chips in pan or medium heat. Add Eagle brand and powdered sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Take off burner, add butter, vanilla and nuts. Blend well. Let cool some before frosting cake.
