Glazed Meatloaf
3/4 Cup spicy Ketchup or 1 tsp hot pepper into plain ketcup
1 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
3/4 cup packaged seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 large egg
1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
Instructions
Place all ingredients except for 1/4 cup ketchup into large mixing bowl. mix well. Place in cooker. The recipe now says to put the remaining 1/4 cup ketchup on the top and sides when I did it this way the ketchup burned so I suggest waiting until 30 min before it's finished. Cover and cook on High 4 hours or on low 8 to 10 hours or until a meat thermometer inserted in the center of the meat loaf registers 160 degrees.
