| Egg Noodles |

1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 beaten egg |

| Instructions |
| Add sifted dry ingredients to egg mixture. Roll very thin on floured surface. Let stand 20 minutes. Roll and slice 1/8 inch thick, spread and dry 2 hours. Drop into boiling soup, chicken broth or salted water. Cook 10 minutes. Makes 2 cups dry noodles. |
