1 lg. jar of sauerkraut 1/4 to 1/3 lb. bacon, cut into small pieces 2 medium onions, diced |

| Fry bacon and onions together until lightly browned. Rinse sauerkraut and drain. Toss with bacon and onion mixture and bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Serves 4 to 6. .
