| Apricot Squares |

1 c. flour 1 tbsp. milk 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. butter or margarine Pinch of salt |

| Instructions |
| Mix above ingredients together like pie dough. Roll out to 8x10 inch or similar pan size. Spread on apricot or raspberry jam in a thin layer. Mix and spread over the jam: Melted butter size of egg 2 c. coconut 1 egg, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
