| Peach Jello Ice Cream |

1 lg. pkg. or 2 sm. package of peach J
1 qt. of vanilla ice cream
2 c. boiling hot water |

| Instructions |
| Add 2 cups boiling water to 2 package of Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add 1 quart of vanilla ice cream. Stir with Jello until ice cream is melted in Jello. Pour into jello mold. Refrigerate. Best to be made the night before.
