2 c. orange juice 2 bananas, sliced 2 c. water 3/4 to 1 c. sugar 1 c. lemon juice 2 eggs 1 sm. can crushed pineapple |

| Instructions |
| Combine all ingredients including whole eggs and sliced bananas. Mix with hands and make sure eggs and bananas are well blended. Taste and adjust lemon and orange juice. Add orange juice for sweetness and lemon juice for tartness. Adjust sugar depending on taste. Pour into flat dish and place in freezer. Stir once an hour to keep sugar from settling to bottom. . |
