2 c. unsweetened applesauce 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 c. frozen lemonade, thawed 1/4 tsp. grated lemon rind 3 egg whites |

| Combine all ingredients in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat at high speed until mixture is stiff about 10 minutes. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Freeze until firm. Cut into 15 squares. Yield 15 servings
