| Corn Casserole |

1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese |

| Instructions |
| Mix all but cheese. Pour half into greased baking dish. Slice cheese and cover mixture. Pour rest of corn mixture over cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
