| Lime Sherbet |

1 pkg. lime Jello 1/2 c. boiling water 1 1/4 c. sugar Juice from 1 lemon |

| Instructions |
| Mix good. Add 1 quart of milk slowly stirring rapidly. Grated lemon rind. Freeze in cubeless ice trays. Let freeze a little, take out and whip by hand. Do this several times to make light and fluffy.
