| Swedish Meatballs |

3 slices of bread crumbled 1 T. instant minced onion 1 1/2 t. salt 1/4 t. pepper 1/4 t. nutmeg 1/4 t. milk |

| Instructions |
| Combine in large bowl. Let stand 10 minutes. Stir in meat. Form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown in butter in large skillet. Remove with slotted spoon and place in 10 inch baking dish.
2 t. meat loaf mix
1/2 stick margarine
2 T. flour
1 can condensed beef broth
1 c. sour cream
Blend four and drippings. Cook until bubbly. Stir in broth and sour cream. Boil 1 minute. Pour over meatballs. Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
