Impossible Pumpkin Pie
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
1 tablespoon margarine, butter or spread,* softened
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
Instructions
Heat oven to 350°. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Stir all ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate. Bake 5 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cover and refrigerate any remaining pie. Makes 6 to 8 servings High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake about 55 min 1 Serving: 220 calories (70 calories from fat); 8 g fat (3 g saturated); 80 mg cholesterol; 230 mg sodium; 31 g carbohydrate (1 g dietary fiber); 6 g protein.
