Vinegar-egg Pie Crust 3
3 c. flour
1 1/8 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp. vinegar
5 tbsp. water
Instructions
Mix flour and salt. Cut in shortening until it resembles cornmeal. Mix beaten egg, vinegar and cold water. Pour all at once into flour mixture. Mix well. Divide into 4 equal parts. Makes 4 large crusts.
