| Butterscotch Squares |

4 eggs, beaten
1 box (1 lb.) brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. Bisquick
Powdered sugar, (optional) |

| Instructions |
| Mix all ingredients together. Bake in greased pan (9 x 13 inch) at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
Cut into squares or bars. Dust with powdered sugar. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
