Smoothie
1 ripe banana
1/2 frozen fruit (peaches, blueberries, strawberries, etc.)
1/2 c. vanilla or plain yogurt
1 tbsp. honey
1 c. juice (orange, pineapple or blend)
Instructions
Whirl in blender. A great "on the go" breakfast!
