| Southern Pecan Pie |

1 c. white sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. chopped pecan meats
2 eggs
1/8 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. salt (scant) |

| Instructions |
| Cream butter and sugar; add salt, well beaten eggs, syrup and chopped nut meats; mix well. Bake in raw pastry shell 1 hour at 300 degrees.
