1 stick margarine
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple No. 2 size
1 can coconut
2 unbaked pie shells |

| Instructions |
| Mix together margarine, sugar, and eggs. Add vanilla, undrained pineapple and coconut. Pour into two unbaked pie shells and bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes or until firm.
