1 bunch green onions
1 pkg. sliced almonds, browned
1 sm. can chow mein noodles
DRESSING
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
