Microwaved Cube Steak

1 lb. cube steaks
3 tbsp. dry onions
3 tbsp. minced garlic
1/4 c. Molly McButter
Salt
Pepper
Water |

| Instructions |
| Place cube steaks in microwave bowl. Add water to cover bottom of dish (about 1/4 c.). Sprinkle meat with onions, garlic and Molly McButter. Place in microwave for 10 to 15 minutes, turning meat every 3 to 4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
