Popcorn Salad

1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. water chestnuts
3/4 c. diced fried bacon
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
6 c. popped popcorn |

| Instructions |
| The first four ingredients can be mixed together 3-4 hours ahead of time. Just before serving mix together the bacon, cheese and popcorn with the other ingredients and serve.
