COOKIE PART
2 c. zucchini, mashed
2 c. brown sugar
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt, vanilla, baking powder % 26
baking soda.
FILLING
2 egg whites
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. Crisco
3 1/4 c. 10X sugar
2 tsp. vanilla |

| Instructions |
| COOKIE: Drop on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. When cookies are cooled, make filling. Put 2 cookies (same size) together with filling.
