3/4 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. zucchini, grated
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. almonds, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips |

| Instructions |
| Cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla; stir in zucchini. Stir in flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add almonds and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 4 dozen.
