4 lb. chicken, cut up
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 bay leaf
1 (10 oz.) Coca Cola
Salt % 26 pepper to taste |

| 3-1/2 quart crock pot in order. Stir once. Turn pot to low. Cook overnight. Remove chicken from bones and remove bay leaf. Serve chicken over rice.
