Cabbage Meatballs

1 head cabbage or 6 peppers, chop cabbage or peppers
Cook in boiling water until tender. Hamburger, uncooked
1/2 c. instant rice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. tomato sauce |

| Instructions |
| Shape into meatballs. Place in pan. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Drain, grease. Cover with cabbage or pepper and tomato sauce. Bake for another 20 to 30 minutes. .
