Porcupine Balls

1 lb. ground beef

1/4 c. uncooked rice

1 slightly beaten egg

1 tbsp. parsley

1 tbsp. chopped onion

1/2 tsp. salt

Dash pepper

1 can tomato soup

1/2 c. water

1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine meat, rice, egg, parsley, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup tomato soup. Mix thoroughly. Shape into meatballs. Bake on a cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 5-10 minutes until browned. Mix remaining soup, water and Worcestershire sauce in large saucepan. Add drained meatballs. Simmer over low heat for 20-30 minutes. Stir often! Serve over rice, noodles or spaghetti. Serves 6.
