Barbecue Meatballs

2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
5 slices dry bread (soaked in water)
SAUCE:
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 sm. onion, grated
8-10 ginger snaps |

| Instructions |
| Combine meatball ingredients and roll into balls (walnut size or as desired). Bake on cookie sheet at 450 degrees until brown. Cook sauce ingredients to boil, until cookies melt. Combine meatballs and sauce in crockpot or casserole. Makes 60 meatballs.
