Cheesy Meatloaf for a Crowd
Makes 48 servings
8 pounds lean ground beef
2-1/2 quarts Corn Flakes
8 eggs, slightly beaten
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
4 pounds shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups beef broth
2 teaspoons dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Divide into two 12 x 20 x 2 stainless pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/4 hours, or until done. Cut into squares for serving.
