1-1/2 pounds ground beef 1/2 can condensed tomato soup 1 cup rolled oats, uncooked 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1-1/2 teaspoon salt 1 medium onion, chopped 1 egg, beaten
SAUCE 2 tablespoon prepared mustard 1/2 can tomato soup 1/4 cup vinegar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup water
Instructions
In bowl, combine meat, soup, oats, salt, pepper and onion. Mix well, then mix in the beaten egg. Spoon mixture lightly into greased bread tin. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours. After meatloaf has gone in oven, prepare sauce with which to baste meat as it bakes. Combine prepared mustard, soup, vinegar, brown sugar and water. Baste meat every 15 minutes as it cooks.
