2 pounds ground beef 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1 cup applesauce 1/2 cup catsup 1 teaspoon salt 3/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients and pack firmly into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
