1 pound ground turkey breast 1 egg white 1/2 cup oat bran 3 tablespoon ketchup 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard 1/2 green pepper, minced Sm. onion, minced 1 large garlic clove, minced 1/4 teaspoon sage 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon marjoram 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and form into loaf. Bake 1-1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Makes 4 servings
