3 pound ground turkey 3 eggs 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs 1/2 cup A-1 sauce 2/3 cup ketchup 1/2 cup Gulden's spicy brown mustard 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 2 teaspoon onion powder or 1 onion, chopped fine 6 oz. Cheddar cheese (sliced thick)
Mix together all ingredients except cheese. Use 2/3 meat mixture in roasting or baking pan. Build up sides and make a flat depression in the center. Place cheese slices in center of meat. Place the other 1/3 meat mixture on top of the cheese and meat and seal the edges. Drizzle ketchup on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 8-10 servings
