Ground Turkey Meatloaf Pie
1-1/2 pound ground turkey
1/2 - 3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup or tomato sauce
1 tablespoon oregano
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your taste
8 servings of instant or reg. mashed potato, prepared
Make up the meatloaf with first 6 ingredients. Put 3/4 of the meatloaf in a 10 inch pie plate. Layer on enough cheese to cover meatloaf if you wish. Next layer on all of mashed potato. Spread evenly to the edges of the pie plate. Make a large patty out of remaining meatloaf and put in the center on top of the potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
Makes 6-8 servings.
