Ham Loaf with Cherry Pie Sauce
1 1/3 ground smoked ham
2/3 pound fresh ground pork
2 eggs
2 slices of bread, crumbs
3/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash of pepper
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 1/2 teaspoon milk
1 small can pie filling
Instructions
Combine ham and pork, crumbs and 3/4 cup milk, sugar, cloves, cinnamon and pepper. Shape into 6 individual loaves. Place into greased pan. Combine brown sugar, mustard, and 1 1/4 teaspoon milk and spread over individual loaves. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve hot with heated cherry pie filling.
