LOAF: 1 pound ground pork 2 pounds ground ham 1 c. bread crumbs 1 egg 1/4 teaspoon pepper 3/4 cup milk 1/4 cup catsup
SAUCE: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. vinegar
Instructions
Combine loaf ingredients and put into loaf pan.
Combine sauce ingredients. Pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
