Ham Loaf with Apricot Sauce
1 pound ground ham
1 pound ground pork
1 cup graham crackers, crushed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup apricot nectar
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup drained, crushed pineapple
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
Combine ham, pork beaten eggs and crumbs; mix well and form into eight individual loaves. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over loaves in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
Makes 8 servings
