Microwave Turkey and Dressing
3 cups leftover turkey, cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup (1 can diluted with 1 cup chicken broth)
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tablespoon sage
2 eggs, boiled & chopped
2 1/2 cup crumbled corn bread
1 cup white bread or biscuits, crumbled
1 onion, chopped
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, except turkey and 1 can undiluted chicken soup. Put 1/2 can of the undiluted chicken soup in the bottom of the crock pot. Layer dressing and turkey ending with turkey. Add other 1/2 can of undiluted chicken soup. Cook on low 3 to 4 hours.
