Sour Cream Turkey Casserole
3 cups leftover turkey breast, cooked and diced
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine, melted
Instructions
Spread evenly over bottom of casserole dish. Salt and pepper. Mix sour cream and chicken soups. Spread over turkey. Crush Ritz crackers. Spread on top spoon. Melted butter over all. Bake in 350 degree oven until brown.
