Turkey and Cheese Casserole
1 pound Velveeta (cubed)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup Miracle Whip dressing
2 cups leftover chopped cooked turkey
1 package frozen peas, cooked and drained
8 ounce noodles, cooked and drained
1 tablespoons chopped chives (optional)
Instructions
Heat Velveeta, milk and Miracle Whip over low heat. Stir until sauce is smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
