2 cups leftover turkey breasts (cooked and diced) 1 can of cream of chicken soup 1/2 can of Rotel tomatoes or spicy tomato sauce 2 cup grated Cheddar cheese 1 bag of corn chips
Crumble half the bag of corn chips and spread on bottom of pan. Mix turkey, tomatoes and soups together. Spread mixture over corn chips. Add rest of corn chips and sprinkle top with Cheddar cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
