Scalloped Turkey
2 cups leftover turkey breast, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon flour
6 crushed soda cracker crumbs
2 tablespoon butter
Few shakes pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sage
Instructions
Mix turkey, broth, milk, flour and butter together. Combine pepper, salt, sage, celery, and cracker crumbs and place in bottom of greased baking dish. Add turkey mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees until lightly browned.
Makes 4 servings
