Turkey Chili
1 package tortillas (cut into 2" strips)
1 can chili con carne
1 small jar salsa
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups leftover turkey breast, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Mix salsa, soups, chili and turkey. Layer (about 2 layers) in 11 x 14 inch pan in following order: turkey, tortillas, onion and soup mixture. Top with shredded cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
