Hot Turkey Salad
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 cups. leftover diced turkey, cooked
1 cup slivered almonds (optional)
2 cups chopped celery
2 cans cream of chicken soup
6 teaspoon lemon juice
4 teaspoon chopped onions (frozen)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 cup cooked rice
1 teaspoon salt
Potato chips
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and place in casserole. Sprinkle with chips. Bake for 30 minutes in 375 degree oven.
